Make some improvements to the wiki extension:
- Fix bugs/make enhancements: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension_talk:SelectCategoryTagCloud and Change hook and test: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User_talk:Lindele section Category Suggest CSS not appearing on intial edit page
- Realign CSS nicely with typeahead box
- Make typeahead navigateable so you can use the keyboard arrows to navigate up and down the result list
- Complete the tab 'Category Hierarchy' to display the category tree (<categorytree depth="2" onlyroot="on" mode="all" style="float:left; margin-left:1ex; border:1px solid gray; padding:0.7ex; background-color:white;">MIKE2.0 Methodology</categorytree>) and allow users to assign a category to the article by clicking on the category tree

The category assignment when uploading a document has also stopped working. This is a bug and needs fixing as well.
