Allows users to save custom links as their "bookmarks" to the site

  • This would just be used for wiki pages for now
  • It would be a portlet on the home page
  • It would be a portlet on the right-hand side for all other tabs
  • By default, it would show the 5 articles currently in the Shortcuts porlet
  • This portlet would be renamed to "MyLinks?"
  • Users would add links by clicking on a new icon (called MyLinks?) in the View porlet of the wiki tab

These are personal links that a user has saved within the MIKE2.0 site - they are essentially like "internal" bookmarks. They can add their own personal notes on the link.
