Enhance forums notification

Description

Currently, the forums notification is a very text intensive email with only one link to the forum, where the posting was added. To improve readability:

  • put hyperlinks behind the forum name, the forum group name and the forum topic
  • make the forum topic link bold
  • update the spacing and line breaks to make it more readable
  • change the signature to "Thanks, MIKE2.0 Forums)
  • add hyperlinks to key articles of MIKE2.0 (see left column in 'weekly IM update' newsletter)

advanced:

  • evaluate how to move the forums notification to a look and like similar to the weekly IM Update (banners, colors, additional links)
