Description

Wordpress needs to be upgraded to the latest release (2.6.2) in order to keep up with security patches but also enhancements.  http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress_Extended

Upgraded to 2.6.2 and tested successfully. However, performance of blogs, in particular 'Write Post' seems to be much lower. Can anyone else please test on Waterloo?

How exactly do we test this? I'm logged in as admin and still can't find how to create a new post.
