mike2red skins get "stretched" for forums

Description

When we view posts in the mike2red skin, the screen is stretched horizontally so that one has to scroll a lot to view the entire post.

This looks to an issue with windows as opposed to the red skin itself, as the differences are minor between the blue and red skins and there are no issues with the blue skin

For #71: The stretch issue is gone, however I see a skin color issue. When I am not logged in, everything looks fine. When I login as admin/password, the Wiki skin appears Blue while all the others(blogs, bookmarks and forum) appear in Red. I tried clearing my cache/cookies. Is this also happening on your local install, you will need to select the mike2red skin during install.

Satiner - initial data can be selected in the installation.

It works now and will be improved after #69.
