This extension highlights to updated of community skills on the home page. It shows much of the same information available here:  http://mike2.openmethodology.org/wiki/Special:UpdateProfile?section=community_expertise

The portlet should have tabs, like the "recent activity" portlet. There will be 3 tabs:

• Chart showing overall IM skills in a pie chart
  
• An activity list of whenever a user updates their own skills profile (e.g. Sean updated his skills)
  whenever skills are updated
  
• An activity list of whenever a user updates the skills profile of anither (e.g. Sean updated Andi's skills) whenever skills are updated
  
• Click to "explore more community skills" goes to explore tab
  (you don't need to be logged in)
  
• Click to "update community skills" goes to your social profile tab
  (you need to be logged in)
